What happens if items are back ordered?
Our sales team can answer on-hand inventory questions at the point of order. If an item is back ordered, the system will file it under the customer's name and date the back order. Our sales team watches customer back order's availability and will call you when the item is ready to ship. Musicorp will not ship a back order without customer approval.
Does Musicorp "Special Order"?
Yes! We are pleased to Special Order products that we do not normally stock for our
customers. Many vendors will also drop ship special order requests directly to
your store. Your salesperson will know which vendors offer this service. COD drop ships must be prepaid with check or credit card. COD Special Orders placed
for $75.00 or more must be prepaid. Payment requirements for Special Orders
over $500.00 will be handled on an individual basis. All Special Orders are
automatically shipped within 24 hours of receipt at Musicorp’s warehouse if the
dealer has not requested “add-on” when the order was placed. If “add-on” was requested, the dealer will be contacted when the it
arrives so that additional merchandise may be added to your order. The “add-on”
order must be placed within 3 business days of notification to the dealer of
receipt of the Special Order. If no additional merchandise is added to the order
within 3 business days from notification, the Special Order will be shipped.
All Special Orders are non-cancelable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
Special Orders may require additional processing/handling fees. Ask your sales
