Is a Return Authorization (RA) required for dealers?
Yes, please contact your sales rep in Charleston or Effingham or the customer support department at 1-800-641-6931, to have an RA issued.
Charleston: 1-800-845-1922 or Effingham: 1-800-356-4326. All Returns must be issued a RETURN AUTHORIZATION before being sent back to Musicorp. Return notification must be made within 10 days after shipment is first received. All returns for credit or refund must be made within 30 days of original purchase. No returns will be accepted without Return Authorization.
To process a return, follow these easy steps:

1. Call your sales representative and let them know you have a product that needs to be returned. Ask for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. We will mail you a label at that time to set up return shipment. The return authorization number will only apply to the products authorized. Returned
products not associated with the return authorization number will not be processed.

2. Product must be returned in original packaging, making sure the product is in 100% resellable condition in order to receive credit.

3. Please be sure the product is sufficiently packed inside exterior box to avoid shipping damage.

4. Defective goods will be repaired or exchanged as warranted. A detailed description of the defect is required for all returned items, to assist us in improving our products and service.
