What are the steps I should take if I purchased a defective product?
If you purchased any defective products that you see listed on the Musicorp site, you should contact the retail establishment where you purchased your product.
If you are a Musicorp dealer, please contact your Charleston or Effingham Sales Representative or call Customer Support all 1-800-641-6931. You can also email is customerservice-musicorp@kmcmusic.com. You will then be given further instructions on returning product.
Please do not return product without contacting/calling first. An RA # must be issued for all returned products.
